We don't offer international shipping to other countries and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

For orders below the "free shipping" threshold amounts, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time Guidelines
We strive to deliver orders on time; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by unavoidable external factors such as:
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, extreme weather, or government actions.
- Third-Party & Regulatory Delays: Customs inspections, strikes, or security holds.
- Customer-Related Issues: Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unpaid duties.
- Operational Disruptions: Traffic congestion, accidents, or infrastructure failure.
Note: Remote areas and peak seasons (like holidays) might cause slight delays. Plan ahead for special occasions!
Special Occasion & Holiday Shipping
Need your order by a specific date? We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially during holidays and busy seasons, when shipments may take longer. To avoid delays or disappointment, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
2. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number, and tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
- You can also track your package in our "Track your order" page.
Multiple Parcels
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries.
- We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
3. Duties, Taxes & Customs
- No additional duties or taxes : Parcels are normally delivered successfully without customers incurring any customs, import taxes, or fees.
- If a customs fee is incurred, please email us, and we’ll do our best to provide a solution.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs checks.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
- Packages Marked as Delivered: If your package shows as delivered but isn’t received, contact us within 15 days.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect information, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping and restocking fees.
- Delayed or Missing Deliveries: If undelivered within 30 days, contact us for assistance.
- Special Occasion Orders: Need it for an event? Order early to avoid delays.
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date so we can help you investigate.
- Upon your request, we will reach out to the carrier to check the delivery details. If the carrier provides proof that the package was delivered to the correct address you provided, we may not be able to offer compensation. In that case, we recommend you contact the carrier directly for further clarification or file a police report if you believe the package was stolen.
- If we determine that the package was not delivered to the address you provided, we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation or provide a full refund.
Returned Packages (Failed Delivery)
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or unclaimed status, please email us with your order number.
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned package is received by us. Please note that any shipping fees, handling charges, and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
- If your package isn’t delivered within 30 days of your order date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If the tracking shows the package is still in transit after 30 days, please contact us for assistance.
6. Ordering for Special Occasions
