DMCA Takedown Policy

2. Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown request, we will:

  • Review the complaint and verify the claim.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid.
  • Notify the user or content provider responsible for the material that we have taken action.
  • Allow the affected party to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:

  • Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
  • A statement that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • The exact URL or a clear description of the removed content.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown request.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
