Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

Refund Options

We offer two refund options:

  1. Refund to your original payment method
  2. Store credit for future purchases

We highly encourage customers to opt for store credit as it provides the following benefits:

  • Faster processing time for your refund
  • No wait for bank or credit card processing delays
  • Exclusive access to future promotions and special offers when using store credit

By choosing store credit, you help us maintain smoother payment processes and continued quality service while still enjoying a flexible return option.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returned in it's original packaging with BARCODE, with all original accessories and manuals.
  • Bundle Items: To receive a refund, all items within the bundle must be returned. If any discounted bundled items are not returned, their price will convert to full price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Sleep earplugs
  • Sleep masks
  • Nasal strips
  • Anti-snoring mouthpieces
  • Anti-bruxism mouthguards
  • Compression socks

These items are non-refundable if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to submit a Return Request

To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Click the profile icon in the store’s menu or go to the Customer Accounts section.

2. Log in to your account:

  • Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."
  • Check your email for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  • Return to the online store and enter the verification code to access your account.

3. Find the order you want to return and click "Request Return."

4. If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.

5. Choose a return reason and provide any additional details in the note for the store.

6. Click "Request Return" to submit your request.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed shipping instructions (if applicable).

Customer Responsibility:

  • You will be responsible for packing and shipping the product back to us.
  • You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

Return Fees:

  • Return shipping, original shipping fees, and handling/restocking fees aren’t refunded, except for cases involving damaged or defective products upon delivery.
  • Handling/restocking fee percentages are calculated based on the type of item and its condition upon return. The appropriate fees are calculated according to these guidelines:
    • 0% if the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition: The product is returned in original condition when the packaging/box is unopened (seal intact). within the return window.
    • 19% if the buyer returns an open item in its original packaging/box with no signs of damage, no obvious signs of use and no missing accessories.
    • 30% if the buyer returns a used item in its original packaging/box with no missing accessories and with minor damage or obvious signs of use.
    • No refund, if the buyer returns a used item with severe damage or missing accessories or original packaging/box.
    • No refund, if the the buyer returns an empty box / package or an item that is materially different from what we shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours from order delivery with a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos. If approved after inspection, we will cover the return shipping fees and issue a full refund or exceptional free exchange.

Exchange:

  • Exchanges are not available. You may return unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the desired items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the "Contact us" form.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened hygiene products as stated above, such as earplugs, masks, and mouthpieces
  • Gift cards or Promotional Gift Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
